The Middle East is in the news regularly. Throughout many parts of the region we witness many acts of violence, hatred, death, threats of war and incidences of destruction.

There are a number of historical accounts and records which support the existence of the Ark that was constructed in order to save one family from a catastrophic global flood.

It was just a faded snapshot, a long-forgotten picture of a grandfather and his three sons, leaning on their vintage car in front of the family's farmhouse. It must have been about 1933 or 1934.

In 1934, Swedish archaeologist Folke Bergman excavated a burial site near Ürümchi in Northwestern China. The inhabitants of the tombs were not what you would expect for the region.

Whether it's lies by leaders, the media, our neighbours or even ourselves, lies are common and the truth is hard to find.

Throughout western society and even most of the world, we hunger for freedom. There is a seemingly endless pursuit for human rights and freedoms.

The mystery surrounding the location of the Ark of the Covenant has bewildered archaeologists, historians, and biblical scholars for centuries.
